Managing Membership
For the purpose of managing membership, the club holds lists of members
with their contact details and subscription information.
The list includes ex-members whose subscriptions are overdue.
The above information is not made public, but there is a
list of names available to 3 Peaks Cycles to enable them to check entitlement
to special offers for Wheelers’ members.
Ex-members may request that they be removed from this list.
Time Trials
All riders are timed by computer, and their performances are made public on
the club's website, including a historic list of personal best performances.
Any riders who wish that their times are not made public in this way may
request the removal of existing data, but the club reserves the right to
refuse further entries.
Although the contact details of riders are held for communication purposes,
they are not made public on the website.
Data Sharing
None of our personal data is shared with third parties, other than as described above.
